Our team can assist with bidding out your project and provide general contracting services. We work with property owners to construct shopping centers, office buildings, and other commercial properties.
We also work on existing structures, customizing interior space and floor plans, and working with tenants and building owners to improve unfinished space and complete tenant build-outs.
Major Renovation and Change of Use
Renovating older buildings with an eye to higher efficiency and increased value is also an option. We can completely transform older properties, interior offices, retail space, and mixed use buildings to create renovated properties with higher value and better usability.
